Caleva supplies its pharmaceutical Extruders and Spheronizers, through a network of distributors, wherever possible. We believe it is advantageous to the user to purchase through a locally available source so that support can be readily and locally available and face-to-face discussions will be possible. In general (but with some exceptions) we work with a single distributor in each country.
Whilst we are always happy to answer technical questions about extrusion and spheronization of pharmaceuticals and provide advice directly if customers contact us, we believe it is in the best interest of the customer if the first approach is made to the local distributor. If you have any difficulty in finding the local distributor or if you have any technical problems that they cannot help you with then please contact us for help. If there is no distributor in your country and you would like information about an extruder or a spheronizer for the manufacture of pharmaceuticals then we would be able to deal with you directly by phone, fax or email to info@caleva.co.uk.
