The Mixer Torque Rheometer – 3 (MTR-2)

A well established formulation research and quality control tool in its own right that is easy to operate and rapid to produce results with the Caleva Mini-kit.  It is possible easily and quickly to establish the correct binder ratio and the optimum mix-time for any specific product combination. The mini-screw extruder was designed to be part of the caleva mini kitand to work together with the Mixer Torque Rheometer and the Micro Spheronizer.  We had several requests to supply the small extruder as a stand alone item to facilitate research and development with extrudates and spheroids on very small quantities of material.
